All roads lead to home…

That’s how we like to think about getting here.

The easiest ways to find us is to follow the signs to The Mockbeggar Plantation, a provincial historical site.  We’re located just out back!

Following the Matthew – If you prefer a direct route, that’s pretty easy, too.  Coming into Bonavista, look for the Matthew Site – it’s right on the waterfront.  Keep on that road and drive straight.  You’ll come to a slight Y in the road, one paved, one dirt.  Follow the gravel road along the ocean and you will find us in a matter of seconds. If you go the paved road you will get to the Mockbeggar Plantation entrance, so you’re good either way!

Coming from the Cape (The Bonavista Lighthouse), there’s another Y in the road, just past Historic Swyers’ Grocery Store.  Keep right at that Y, getting off the main road, and you keep going strait until you tome to the end of the road.  Just like coming in the other direction, you will have two roads, one paved, one gravel.  Come straight on the dirt road by the ocean and you will find us in just a few seconds.  If you turn left on the paved road, guess what? You will see Bradley House and the Mockbeggar Plantation parking lot.
